Every open role, in one place. Remote-first, open worldwide, hired for craft and care.
Quick answers for applicants. Something else on your mind? .
We're remote-first, with teammates in 8 countries and counting. Most of our work happens asynchronously — you shape your own day, and we keep shared meetings inside a small overlap window so no one is up at midnight for a stand-up.
During onboarding we make sure you have the tools and setup you need to do your best work, wherever you are.
You'll see a confirmation as soon as your application is in. A real human reads every single one, and we reply within five business days — whether the answer is yes, no, or "tell us more". If you haven't heard from us by then, check your spam folder first, then nudge us.
Four steps, no surprises: you apply, we have a 30-minute intro chat, you show us your work in a craft review, and then we make an offer. Depending on the role a step may be added or skipped — but we'll always tell you what's next before it happens.
A flexible schedule and the freedom to work from anywhere we can hire. We judge work by its craft, not by hours online, so we keep meetings light and protect maker time. And what you build ships to 250M+ players — not many teams this cozy can say that.
We take a little time after each stage to decide, and we'll tell you when to expect news so you're never left guessing. After the final round, you'll have our decision within a week. Always.
Yes — there's no limit on how many times you can apply. We'd just ask that you wait for our reply before re-applying to the same opening. And if a different role fits your skills better, we'll often suggest it ourselves.
Only when a take-home adds something your portfolio doesn't already show. When we do send one, it's a small, honest slice of the role's real day-to-day work — never a free spec project.
